This item does not fit my LS3 Corvette engine as it came from the factory!

I bought this item thinking it would be a solution to my oil pressure problem. After spending nearly 8 hours disassembling parts just to gain access to the oil pickup tube, I found this product unsuitable. The two screws that come with it are too big. However, I replaced the O-ring.
