Legs up, knee pads (I bought two) and I feel so great. I broke my kneecap a few weeks ago. The medical braces were such a confusing mess, I ordered this brand and could have been happier. I'm a chunky granny short and fat so I ordered XXL and it fits me perfectly. There are two handles on each side, so simply lower the top cuff and gently pull up with each side handle until the kneecap forms a circle. Super easy and they stay in place. I plan to hand wash and air dry to prolong the life of the elastic. I'm sure I'll fall again so these two guys are my friends!
