I'm a designer and I've always worked on iMac and Macbook Pro. I didn't know much about external monitors and since it had so many good reviews I decided to give it a try. For the price I think if you're into coding or just basic docs and word docs then it's great. But I don't recommend it for graphics. This is low resolution. I ended up buying a 4k monitor. but it's my fault that I don't understand monitors.
