I give this seat 5 stars and an A+ rating for design quality, material quality and function. I never thought I would praise the quality of a toilet seat but this one is outstanding. The technical structure is simple and therefore less prone to failure. But if there is a problem, the seat comes with a 2-year warranty, which is 1 year longer than the industry standard. The design makes it very easy to remove the seat to clean the awkward part at the back of the toilet rim. The visual design is attractive and blends into any bathroom decor without drawing attention. The materials are solid. nothing shaky here. We're not sitting on the lid, but if anyone wanted to, it could carry quite a bit of weight. Functionally works perfectly. Lower the seat and lid slowly and silently. The installation is very easy. The washers and wing nuts were preinstalled on the bolt to ensure they are in the correct order. (Thanks Bath Royale) It took me about 20 minutes to install the seat which given my track record means you can get it done in 10-15 minutes. After leaving this review I will be ordering two more for our other two bathrooms. I hope this is helpful.
