Stop wasting space on your desktop!
If you don't want to use your laptop's keyboard, the desk mount is not an efficient use of your desk. Mounting my laptop with a monitor mount just gives you more usable desk space. This allows for multiple configurations, one of which can open the laptop screen and keyboard 150 degrees. This is good for preventing dust from settling on the keyboard. Unless you have an extremely rigid Vesa monitor arm, I don't recommend using it for typing on a keyboard. It's just not stable enough to use safely.
- Air vents in the base help dissipate heat from the notebook and keep it cool.
- No power.
