I knew from the description that this wasn't going to be a heavy duty organizer but I wasn't looking for a heavy duty organizer. Whoever sent me the divider in the little drawer in the top left corner didn't lower all the way down and I can't pull the drawer out all the way. I don't need all the boxes yet. A few other small drawers had the same problem, but not as severely, and I was able to slide them out and lower the small dividers just enough for the drawers to function satisfactorily. A divider was missing in one of the large drawers below. For me it will not be a problem what I use it for. The organizer is designed to be wall mounted. I won't be using it like this but I have to be careful because there is a piece of cardboard on the back that covers about half of the organizer. The non-cardboard half allows the drawers to slide straight out from the back if you tilt them too far back when fiddling. I was in an accident and maybe I learned my lesson.
