Great Allowing Me An Overview Of My Operations
The ability that it has allowed us as plant manager is what makes this software so special! It allows me to view my work center at all times and see exactly where we stand when compared with our goals or targets each day. This also helps ensure I am meeting these daily quotas set up from prior year performance levels thus reducing risk of under performing the quota next season (which would have cost jobs). There isn't much dislike about how wonderful ATOlogy is!! We use the program during shift changeovers which can sometimes lead to issues but they quickly resolve themselves once notified via email / phone call.
Pros
- Ability for managers/supervisors
- Viewing shifts in real time
- Shifts are automatically tracked into attendance system, no more manually entering hours worked by employees.
- Easy access through any computer laptop desktop etc..and mobile devices like phones & tablets too.etc..even ipads if you want :)
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
