I love this article! It is so easy. I've been looking for that perfect (for me) cup of morning coffee for a while after being told to limit myself to 2 cups a day (reflux!). I wasn't entirely happy with my Keurig and when it finally broke I went hunting. I have ordered numerous items from Revain and have finally found perfection! This pour-over method has been found to bring out flavors that are largely absent from traditional drip coffee makers and are hidden behind the bitterness in pressed coffee. The deal was sealed when I tested this year's Starbucks Christmas blend in a French press, drip coffee maker, espresso maker, and espresso maker. and that. The difference was day and night! So much flavor and so little bitterness. It's economical, easy to maintain and works great. A great buy if you're looking for a rich cup of coffee in the morning without the bitterness. A few tips: It's too big for my top dishwasher basket and mine is quite big so hand washing is a must. Also, because of the glass inside, the coffee doesn't stay warm for very long. I cover the bottom with a clean kitchen towel to keep it warm while I drink my first cup.
