The ability to communicate with customers is one of our top priorities, but it's not always easy! We needed an efficient way to keep in touch with current or potential clients without having too many emails flying around in their inboxes. With WDM we have been able quickly send out messages when necessary (such as "Thank you" notes) which makes us feel more comfortable that they're getting what needs attention promptly. I like best about this software how simple its interface allows anyone who uses email regularly to get started right away - no training required. Sometimes sending reminders can be difficult because there are so few options available within my client area. This has improved over time though! If your business deals mainly online then using WDM will make communication much easier than just writing people by hand!! Keeping up-to-date contact information saved easily into each user account helps save time between contacting them if need arises again down the road.
