This DAC is fantastic! Sound has true dimension and weight! NOT FOUND in delta sigma DACs like the topping d90 or the new smsl m40. The clarity is amazing too. Bass notes are deep and textured. The soundstage is unusually large for something at this affordable price point. The mids are forward and crisp without harshness. I admit that a device only sounds good if it has been running for at least 24 hours. According to some reviews on the forums, it only lasts a couple of weeks. It also needs to be warmed up for several hours to sound its best! One of the biggest leaps in sound quality for any audio device I've heard since my Arcam SA-30. Sounds fantastic with the built-in Arcam SA-30 Class G amplifier, by the way. Define the final game setup. Don't listen to paid YouTube reviews. All BS. That's the real deal. I would increase performance with a $2500 DAC.
