Fantastic phone, but only if you purchase the original. I made my purchase in a big-chain supermarket where fraudulent goods are not allowed to be sold. I examined the reviews here before making a purchase and saw that the only people who had concerns were those who had purchased from obscure tiny stores. In this instance, the phone functions flawlessly despite the allegedly obsolete chipset. Everything I need from a smartphone—telephony, the Internet, instant messengers, a navigation, notes, and a reader—works at 5. I have a camera for night shooting, and standard (even room) illumination produces fairly acceptable photos (advanced by the way). It's pleasant to converse because of the speaker's excellent audio quality and the microphone's sensitivity. GPS picks up rather quickly. The battery only decreased by 5% while I played around configuring and installing programs for a few hours. Some people list "cheap plastic covers" or the fact that "dropped a couple of times - stopped working" as drawbacks. I find this to be absurd; get a case and take care not to drop the phone. Some fun games might not function, but I've never tried them. The pricing is, of course, the most crucial benefit. I used to own a Redmi Note before him, but I don't know why I paid three times as much for it now. One key element is that you may remove unused Google and pre-installed apps to free up memory, which I was unable to do on the Redmi. Let me reiterate my usual advice to everyone: take it from reputable retailers and avoid being duped by inferior products.
