Your scalp will be itchy but there will be little dandruff. More like a buildup on the scalp. This shampoo cured me in 2 uses! It's still amazing after a few weeks of use! I have very thick hair and this shampoo doesn't weigh it down. Hair feels so fresh and clean after use. I don't use conditioner anymore because I don't need it! I used to try T-Sal and Tea Tree shampoos and both helped for a week or two, and then my scalp started itching again. They also both dried out my hair and I had to use a leave-in conditioner.
