Ideal for cable lugs damaged by heat due to location
They go well with my cable sheaths. The boots are surrounded by metal bushings that 'protect the boot' but always resulted in the rubber deteriorating due to temperature changes and becoming brittle over time. I installed them and now the rubber is still nice and hard. I highly recommend it if you have problems with cracked/brittle spades near spark plugs.
