As a seasoned online shopper, WIIBROOK's guarantee of premium goods at affordable rates excited me to give them a try. But as soon as I got my order, my excitement rapidly gave way to disappointment. No amount of customer service could make up for the fact that the things I bought were of such poor quality that they were essentially useless. Speaking of customer service, I had a less than stellar encounter. The support staff provided no answers to the issues I was having and seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns. Even worse, the rates were not at all competitive; in fact, they were substantially more expensive than what I could find elsewhere. All in all, WIIBROOK was a total disappointment to me. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality goods or excellent customer service to shop at this online retailer.
