If you have never used a buckwheat husk pillow before, it will take you some time to get used to it and adjust it a bit to suit your specific needs and level of firmness. Here is the list of what makes this product exceptional quality in my opinion: 1. Excellent fabric and stitching. 2. Easy access zipper for adjustment and cleaning. 3. Arrived in clean and safe packaging with no chemical preservatives or at least completely odor free. 4. Ideal for allergies, sleep apnea or asthma. 5. VERY HARD which I prefer but if you look at the pictures you can see how you can remove some buckwheat mounds to suit your needs. This neck pillow isn't for everyone, but once you try it, you'll find that it relieves neck tension very well. I was NOT paid or given any free products for writing this review. I would also like to add that the reason I am writing this is because the seller made sure to send a message and ask if I was happy with my purchase as he was concerned about some of the negative feedback. That's when I decided to share my experience to help others understand that this is a very different type of pillow than the regular pillow and definitely not suitable for a child's neck.
