Using our machine learning model we can automatically identify fraud cases from emails sent by customers in less than 5 minutes compared against manual analysis which takes more time (several days). It's very easy using this product since it is integrated into Microsoft 365/Outlook so that even without any technical knowledge one could easily use such an application! I am not able recommend anything at least until they support Salesforce CRM integration or something similar as well like Intercom etc - otherwise you will have difficulties integrating other products if needed later down road but currently everything works ok :).
