Hold the lid when pouring, otherwise it will fall off.
1-16-21 I expected the lid to be tight - I was wrong! When I first tried to pour from it, the lid fell off and the flipper tab broke (see sealed flipper above). Holding the lid with your free hand while pouring should work pretty well. It's a shame about Brita that she didn't explain this in the instructions. 01/18/21 No more Mister Nice Guy! Now the handle is falling apart. It will be returned!
