Review on eCatMan by Ben Boulanger

I like that it's very customizable, there are many modules available to add/remove as needed by your organization or department needs. It can be difficult at times finding what you need when looking through documentation which may require more in-depth knowledge than some users have. Very helpful tool if used correctly! We use this software daily within our office so we don't really know how much time was spent before using it but from my experience with other products similar to Catman they take quite awhile until getting comfortable enough to make full usage out of them. The benefits include being able to keep track of all orders placed throughout an entire year (or month). This allows us to see trends over different months.
