Fiskars 01-005484 lever punch, angled, round, medium

I have been using Fiskars angle punch for many years and I am satisfied. This particular hammer drill is defective and does not cut corners cleanly. I use it to give corners to photos and other creative projects. I am very disappointed and will be sending it back to order another brand.

The edge is not smooth and has a lip on 1 side. Might be a manufacturing defect?
