Review on DEA Products A6229 Transmission Mount by Richard Cummings

It took me a while to find this. This is a good replacement for Toyota part number: 12371-35041 REAR MOTOR MOUNT INSULATOR for Toyota 4Runner 1st Generation with A340H Automatic Transmission. The part is no longer available for Toyota. My only issue was a small amount of rubber slightly blocking one of the transmission holes. Realizing this was the problem, I used a small sharp knife to cut the rubber in the holes and was able to screw in the screw. All the holes lined up once I applied a little pressure to the bottom of the bracket. with a jack to keep it steady so I can "aim" and turn the bolts with both hands. Note how your mount is installed (or take a picture, fenders that are front to back if you mount them backwards).
