All right. You are tall. This is a plus for them. I don't smell them, but I don't want to. My problem with them is the seams. And it could just be my cat. They have seams in two places (like a pillow case, if that makes sense) that don't match my litter box, no matter how hard I try to make it fit snugly. So there is always at least one side with a wobbly wrong angle. My cat likes to pee on the edge and mostly right where it shakes. The urine just settles on the plastic. I have to get it out of the pen, you get the point. As for the thickness, it seems thick, but a couple of times my cats tore it, so xs.
