Bookend only. This hard drive has been treated with care and has never been dropped, abused or even bumped. I've been getting read/write errors for a week. From the beginning it was sometimes not recognized via USB2. It was completely useless for a month, not even formatted, resulting in the loss of almost TB of old family movies. It contains Seagate's Samsung Momentus drive, wrapped in rubber with no cooling option, but Seagate refused to honor the warranty because it was originally sold to Silicon Power and not me. It took a long time to find Silicon Power's warranty and of course it was useless since I took the drive out of the case. It deserves negative stars but I have to give it 1 to post it. We buy a lot from Revain with good results but this CD sucks.
