Instead, I remade it to hang a pair of audio speakers that are adjustable for different connections.
I bought this with the intention of repurposing it to use on my sound system instead. I'm an electronic music producer, so most of my tracks are played on big outdoor speakers. So I wanted to model a typical outdoor array system on a much smaller scale, with the highs and mids played overhead and the lows on the floor. That way I can hear it as it should have been as close as possible. Raised in this way, it mimics an outdoor system. Does not apply to studio use and film viewing. It took a bit of rigging to get the speakers together, but after some effort I got it where it was supposed to be.
