This is a very basic home bar starter kit but affordable. I have a larger set but it's perfect for those who rarely serve alcohol. I have a large set with many items including a bamboo stand. For people like me or those who are just starting a household, this set will suffice. As I unpacked the kit, I realized that it needed to be washed before use. The 25 oz martini shaker is very durable, heavy and made of high quality stainless steel. In general I can say that this is a good set for the money. Right now it's about $15 or so. If this is a gift or even a purchase for myself I would add The Ultimate Bar Book: The Complete Guide to More 1,000 Cocktails.
