Motorcycle grips

I love that the left grip has screws to hold it to the handlebars instead of gluing. I change my bike a lot and it's not fun to have to cut the handlebars. I thought the screws wouldn't hold well because they're small, but there's no movement even after a few hundred miles. They look good and few are good.
