I was very hesitant to spend that much money on this (I had 2 packs) but the customer service reviews won me over and I'm honestly thrilled. Two very important things I like about it: 1. The bump contact pins are fully removable. You can remove them and you won't put your dog at risk of accidental electrocution. I personally don't use the shock function at all and never installed it.2. Although this collar has a sleep mode, you do not need to touch the collar to wake it up. Just double click the button on the remote control. That's all. Since I put these collars on two weeks ago, I haven't had to charge them a second time or turn them on again. They stuck with it. Other good things to look out for are the battery life (I've yet to charge it), the vibration power, and the beep volume. Also, for anyone wondering, the problem I bought them for has also been solved, so they work in that sense too.
