I wanted to write a review because some people had trouble with the instructions or how it works. I had no trouble setting it up and once it's set to the right size you can just hold it for next time. My kit included three adapters for different Solvit products. The one I have simply attaches to the side rail of the ramp and then attaches with a strong strap to a rubber coated hook that goes through the truck door. Worked great in my case, especially with a tall truck that doesn't have a huge crew cab. I just tilt the ramp to get as much grip on the seat as possible and use it to support the hanging part. Perfect solution for people with a double cab truck like mine where the rear doors don't open 90 degrees.
