The connector is plastic and broke off in my computer and now my laptop is worthless. Of all the laptops and chargers I've had, this is the first where the connector to the computer is made of silver-colored plastic that makes you think it's metal until it snaps inside. What's worse is that it's notched instead of solid, so it broke where there was even less plastic on the black indentation. You owe me a laptop and a charger that doesn't have a plastic silver plug. It was designed in such a way that its tip breaks easily inside the computer.
