Review on Cos2Be Hoodie Jacket Coat by Dee Holt

My son loves this jacket. My main question was around sizing so I’ll start there: He is tall and lean, 5’1” and 84 lbs. We got a mens Small and it’s about 2 sizes too big. A mens XS would have been better, maybe even a kids L, but I’d hate for it to be too small. Sometimes when things come from China they are sized smaller than our standard US sizing but that doesn’t seem to be the case for this.Anyway, my son loves it and won’t let me send it back so we are keeping it - It’s mostly just too long but we’ll work with it.Quality- it is good quality for a costume. By this I mean it is sewn pretty much like a normal garment and it’s a better deal than spending twice as much at a Halloween store for some piece of junk that’s not even made like real clothing. It is fully lined, the detail is good and it’s just like the pictures. The hood is cool and attaches with 3 buttons. The zippers are cool too and it can be worn two different ways. It is lightweight fabric, thus not a true jacket for regular daily wear, but it seems like it will hold up for many wears and probably survive a wash on cold/gentle. I wouldn’t dry it though.Overall we are pleased. A bit expensive for what it is, but they all are, and it’s priced competitively enough. If you’re looking for a costume I’d say go for it.
