Cos2Be Hoodie Jacket Coat Review

Material is not heavy. Can be used as a light jacket. Buttons are not metal they are plastic not sure how well they are going to hold up. Hood is detachable. Zippers on each side of the front work to be able to zip one side or the other with the under flap loose. Also if you plan to have the front open both flaps can be zip in the open position, but as stated closed only one flap can be zipped.Both rear flaps can be down or buttoned up as shown. Noted this because I saw one like this at a show…

Even though we measured and thought the fit would be correct, the women's large would not fit a 12 year old who wears size 14.The jacket itself is awesome.The zipper does open fully. Wasn't sure from pictures and description. I was also afraid it was going to be made of that thin nylon costume material, but it is not. It is light weight but not thin flimsy material.

Bought this for a Halloween costume this year. It didn't arrive in time (I ordered it late), but my child (almost 13 year old boy) was THRILLED with it! Runs a bit small, and the material feels a bit itchy and thin, like polyester pants, but it hasn't stopped him from wearing it constantly over a black hooded long sleeve shirt. It is really cute and I am so glad I got it for him. If your kiddo is into ninja/Assain Creed type stuff, they will love it!

I had a similar coat before, but this one is by far better. Made from high quality materials, this coat makes a great addition to a cosplay or costume! Money well spent

Definitely runs small. I'm 6'5 320lbs and wear a 52 long sports coat with plenty of wiggle room daily. I run an xl -xxl on dc, Hurley t-shirts. Not so much in this jacket. Was tight to zipper and was short, like belly shirt short. Also, the middle button on the back for the hood immediately fell off. I'll be getting an xxxl but hopefully it won't have the same immediate issue with the button.

I was really worried about buying this for my son because every other one like it that we've bought has been terrible knockoffs that don't even look like they did in the picture. This, however, looks exactly as it does in the picture. We ordered the blue and black in medium for my 15-year-old son. (He's 5' 9" and weighs 140.) This fit him perfectly and it arrived with zero flaws. It's really long too, and came nearly to his knees.

Wore this coat at comicon was perfect except for when it rained the material its made of absorbs water so be careful not to take it out on rainy days

Other reviewers say it runs small but I say it is what the size says. I got an xl to get a large because it runs small but the xl is an xl a little too big for me but I am gonna get it tailored still love it though

My son loves this jacket. My main question was around sizing so I’ll start there: He is tall and lean, 5’1” and 84 lbs. We got a mens Small and it’s about 2 sizes too big. A mens XS would have been better, maybe even a kids L, but I’d hate for it to be too small. Sometimes when things come from China they are sized smaller than our standard US sizing but that doesn’t seem to be the case for this.Anyway, my son loves it and won’t let me send it back so we are keeping it - It’s mostly just too…

I have my own custom made Connor Kenway cosplay but I needed another coat for after events so I wouldn't wreck my official one. It's a great coat for what it is. Better than I thought it would be. It's great for fans wanting to start off with a budget friendly cosplay or fun for Halloween.I'm a petite woman so it did fit larger on me but I'm having it altered to fit my body. Otherwise, I think it'll comfortably fit most sizes.

The hood came separate, as expected, but whoever sewed it didn't have a seam stripper or anything to cut the button holes into it to attach it to the jacket.

Love it very cool love the look - wish it was cut just a bit bigger - but will be fineLook style and job well done! That's my review.

For me the seems were jacked up making the cuffs and arms all off does look good. The thing runs small and the material even if it fit feels like I can flex through it. And the zippers are definitely cheap feels like the will either chew through the zipper teeth or the material if it snags which is a huge possibility. So if you need something cheap for one event yeah sure but I wouldn’t recommend

My only comment is that if you have a beer belly I suggest you work that out first before you decided to buy this product. Stretching is not something this jacket does well, the pockets are kind small too

Purchased for 10 year old son for Halloween costume. Surpassed all expectations! Well made coat for the price. This is much longer on a kid versus an adult but he loves it and had many compliments on his costume.

Good quality, but use the size chart if you want to avoid issues. Surprisingly warm in forty degree weather with a cool breeze, as it kept me warm during a Halloween party I went to at night. Only concern is the bronze/golden sown pieces, they are durable if you are careful but on slight quick yank as I picked it up from a chair removed (and made me lose) one of the buttons. Though we the one spare included I was able to repair it.

I put in between too small and fit as expected because personally I have big shoulders and the chest/shoulder could use a few more inches of cloth. Overall Really good

Very good material. Looked just like the picture. Was a tad smaller than expected. My son is 11yrs old abd 90 lbs and it fit him snug. One of the buttons that holds the hood on fell of the first time he wore it. Thankfully they had sent extra buttons when they shipped coat.

Most of the other reviews indicated that this items runs a little small so we ordered a medium and, although it is a little big for my son, it fits him well enough with some room to grow. I would say that this item is somewhere between a small and medium. I'd say the quality is pretty good and it came with an extra button in case one comes off (as other have said). As a cosplay jacket, I think it will hold up just fine. It's probably not ideal for every day use.
