This is the perfect height for my 3 year old to brush his own teeth and wash his hands but after only 3 months in the bathroom you may notice water damage. My son only really uses it to wash his hands, comb his hair and brush his teeth so he can reach the sink and see himself in the bathroom mirror. He loves independence very much. Plus it looks like a car that LOVES! Hardly any water got on it other than a few drops here and there, I've never spilled water on it and I wipe it off every time it gets a little water on it. I was very surprised to see that the wood was already beginning to crack and blister. He didn't get it for his birthday until the end of May.
