These are the best hair ties, period. I have long thick hair, and they are constantly collected in a "mother's ponytail”. I've been using Blax hair ties for 15 years now and they really are the best. There's no metal to snag your hair, it's smooth and it glides through your hair (fine or coarse) when you pull it out. I don't have any broken hair or split ends as they are gentle and very long lasting. I also often gather my hair in a bun and stretch the elastic a lot. They don't recover to their original size and will stretch a bit, but they stay very strong and don't sag like some other hair ties. I recently found a backpack that I bought 7 years ago and it's still as good as new - not brittle or stretchy like some other brands might be over time. Fantastic value and product.
