This fits my Rubicon but I wanted it a little further back so I had to trim the length of the bottom bracket so it doesn't hang off the back of my back. Frame. It wasn't necessary as it was the perfect size, but it was too far behind the seat back. I bought it for my wife to ride with and we tried it out like it was factory, but it was so far forward in the seat that I was practically sitting on top of the gas tank when she sat behind me. So I moved it back to the next pole on the C-pillar and it worked great. I only had to cut about 3 inches of the bottom tubes to keep them from dangling and pushing the clamps forward. Now it works perfectly and looks great.
