Review on CallerReady by Andy Hearshman

I like most about this app was its ability for me to be able to track my calls, but also their ability to allow me to edit information after it's been downloaded into their system. At times you can't access certain elements of your phone number. This made editing info very difficult at times. It would have been great if they had another way to view your current contacts so we could keep our contact list separate from the rest of the data in the account. We were using callerready to manage all aspects of our outbound calling campaigns from start to finish.
