Great Customer Service, Needs Modernization

The best thing about Convergint is the customer service. They have the best customer service and knowledge of the market. I like that they give you free training so you can understand the software. I dislike that the system is a little cumbersome. I think the software was built before the internet was as wide spread as it is now and so it needs to be modernized. We are solving the problem of a centralized way of getting all of our customer information in one place. I liked how I could get the help I needed with the software in a short amount of time. The software was also fairly easy to navigate. The software had a lot of outdated information and I had to spend a lot of time to find the correct information. We used Convergint to assist with the billing and invoicing for our business. We also used Convergint for purchasing software and hardware for our business.

  • Customer Service, great product suite! Very simple interface very user friendly compared other platforms we've tried out (Sage 50 Accounts)
Cons
  • Not much functionality at this point.
  • Difficulty connecting multiple sites into 1 platform
