Review on Portable Treadmill Spinning Exercise Smartphone by Scott Reeves

Bought to help me use my exercise bike. Working on it can be such a chore at times, and I usually have a TV or movie playing in the background, although it can strain my neck at times if it's not in the right spot. My phone is right in front of me, playing the same shows from a much better angle during workouts. It has helped me focus more on my training, reduce bad posture while riding and put my focus forward, right in front of me. I feel safe on my bike, I haven't fallen yet. The grip adjustment is very firm and precise, and the device doesn't move once it's adjusted.
