. The car came quickly, faster than expected. It looked promising, but it won't handle a major blockage. The "head" is too small and you get different ones but none of them will do the job. After my husband worked on a clog for three hours and scared me half to death when the machine yanked on the steel tube trying to twist it, I thought my husband was going to lose a limb. After all that effort, some roots and dirt came out, but the blockage stayed. We called the plumber and he used a much larger nozzle and threw it all down the city sewer. Everything went perfectly. So, if you are willing to go to the trouble of opening the sewers and after that disinfecting the car, otherwise your whole house will forever smell of raw sewage, which, by the way, is not easy. If that doesn't work, you'll have to return the £90 package yourself to a drop-off point of your choice, paying literally half the price of the car. If someone had told me about it, I would never have bought it. My plumber cost less, did all the work and didn't have to put away a smelly, smelly car. Also, at 90 pounds, most people leave it by the main drain because you can't carry that much weight. So, for us who have a main line in our basement, I want this stinky thing to linger here.
