Review on LG 32UL500-W Display - FreeSync Compatible 31.5" 4K UHD, Wall Mountable, 32UL500W, HD by William Nandu

First of all I've always been a big fan of LG, I switched from a 2k monitor to this 4k monitor and the display has changed a lot. But I found that there is a problem with this monitor, while I adjust the height of the monitor the monitor goes black, I still hear the sound but I don't see any picture. I'm using the included screen protector cable and I'm still having this issue. Whenever I shake the monitor, the screen goes black. But sometimes not! Can you tell me if this monitor has a bad connection? Display damaged? Tested and replaced HDMI cable on Macbook Pro and Win computers, but still have black screen flickering and light leaking issues. The return has been sent. Too bad the first 4k monitor sucks. -Sales customer service and customer service told me that a professional will help me to solve this problem in an hour, but today is the second day and I still haven't received a single call from LG customer service.
