I bought this monitor mainly for productivity and also for some console gaming. On a 22-inch 1080p monitor, this thing looks massive and incredibly sharp. I would recommend using a scaling of 125%, which I think is a good balance between having more space and showing text at a reasonable size. The monitor definitely needs some calibration to look good. I replaced my old Full HD (1080p) TV in the bedroom with this monitor. The monitor sits a meter from the edge of the bed. I have a computer hooked up and cable TV. I bought a Vizio soundbar to use there but I rarely use it because the monitor sound is so good! The picture is also very good. Mixed use for office, web surfing, watching videos and casual gaming. I'm really pleasantly surprised at how well this monitor works. I used to use a 43" tv, the picture quality was good but it was too big to sit in front and I was a little apprehensive about going back to a 32" tv and sticking with 4k resolution , after I had a 32-inch QHD screen. I used this monitor with my MacBook Pro 2018 and increased the workspace available. I was using a DisplayPort connection which should have given me enough bandwidth. But initially it couldn't look right, dark colors were very washed out and almost every monitor setting was turned off. However, I managed to figure out how to get it to work properly on a Mac. I like the monitor for its size and sharpness, the price is reasonable. Disadvantages: - The image is very oversaturated, the colors are not reproduced accurately. This isn't always a problem, but it is for some tasks. - Automatic input selection doesn't work at all. - The small button/joystick is a bit annoying. The minimum brightness is still significantly brighter than my iPhone 7 Plus's lowest brightness and brighter than my laptop's screen at its lowest brightness.
