I like that it is easy to set up and has many different options for integration with other systems/apps. It's free so you can try out the product before buying without any risk. The support team was great when we had questions about our setup. They were quick to respond and worked very hard to help us get everything set up correctly. We are using this system as part of an application process at work where employees can use their cell phones to scan items they bring into the office. This helps keep track of inventory levels and makes sure nothing gets lost during transit.
