It is better to use a regular eyecup and water.

I was very, very excited about the idea of this product. As a paramedic working on-site in remote areas and with film crews constantly setting up and tearing down sets, the idea of using any water bottle to wash your eyes was amazing. does not work as well as a regular eyecup or eyewash. No matter what water bottle you use, the seal is never good enough. And even with a better seal, the opening at the top is too large to help with essential functions like holding the eyelids open to flush the eye. Unfortunately, I would never buy it again or recommend it.

Pros

The eye wash adapter works best with water bottles with 3 or more threads. Most major brand water bottles have 3 or more threads (Dasani, Evian, Smart Water, Aquafina, Propel etc.)
