Probably a good inverter if running at high temperatures

Inverter did not turn on at 32°F (green LED on). Works fine at 45 degrees Fahrenheit but cuts out at 11.8V due to low voltage, the spec says 10V +/- 0.5V. Probably a good inverter if running at high temperatures.
