I was trying to use this to touch up a side amp that had had the paint worn off with use. By carefully following the directions and using the included cleaner, I carefully prepared the worn areas. The color didn't match, unsurprisingly, trying to match the color just didn't work, so it wasn't the Skin Hero's fault. One issue was that I was trying to apply color only to worn areas, which is difficult with an applicator. Also, the color didn't seem to want to penetrate the skin. To be fair to Leather Hero, I would like to add that I believe that if I do a large area the color could be spread evenly without worrying about dying other leathers that have already been dyed, that would be acceptable .
