Always works great. I haven't had any fingerprint recognition issues on either Windows 7 or Windows 10. It doesn't come with Fingerprint Management (FMA) software to enter your fingerprints when running Windows 7, but I believe Windows 10 offers this with the user's signature. By category. I've been using it for over a month now and just upgraded to Windows 10 with no issues.
