Excellent Customer Service and Easy Setup Process
The user interface of Naris has been very easy to use for our internal users, while also being accessible via web browser from off-site customers (internal or external). With some minor tweaking we were able push out an upgrade without any issues - so far nothing! We are looking forward working with them in future projects as well since they have excellent customer service & support when needed too! Very satisfied overall experience thusfar!! Security concerns that I am not 100% sure how it works but if you're doing something sensitive than make SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY SECURED. Take your time researching this product before deciding what makes sense best for YOUR business needs/environment /etc etc.. Our biggest issue was finding someone who could help us get up running quickly which led me down many rabbit holes where things like "what database do i.
- User friendly system designed by security professionals at their core is super great about helping folks understand its importance within contextually relevant environments..and then just really wanting everyone's success :) Great team behind everything here; all seem motivated towards building solid relationships woth current clients + new prospects alike..very helpful!!! Also seems good focused upon making certain there will be no hiccups once implemented...all thumbs way UP ! All around
