Review on 🪑 SUNNOW Ergonomic Desk Chair by Julie Howard

Update: Sunnow contacted me and sent back a replacement chair - it arrived in just a few days. Problem solved. Rating upgraded to 4 stars for excellent customer service. For the money, the tall ones can sit comfortably, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of $900 chairs, but you can save $600 if you sit right. Original review: The chair is comfortable for a tall guy, so I bought it. However, the lumbar support doesn't stay in place and I can't figure out how to remove it. It lets me sit up straight, so basically I don't like the function that suits me. But really, it should stay where you put it.
