I bought this product to mount the phone on treadmill, car and bike. To do this you need to attach a metal plate to the back of the phone and the object you are trying to mount it on. Attaching this metal plate to a phone will render this product unusable. This plate should not be placed in the middle of the phone, otherwise it will interfere with wireless charging. It cannot be installed on the top of the phone or will cover the camera, so it needs to be installed on the bottom third of the phone. Once the magnet is attached to the now unbalanced phone, the phone will rotate around that point. It turns around at the slightest shake. Enough movement and the phone will easily detach from the ball and the phone will fall to the ground. The video shows how the sphere can be easily attached to an airplane window, a tree and a bicycle. In which world are they shooting this video where the plane windows and trees are made of metal? This product also requires a self-adhesive metal plate to be attached to the item you are attaching it to. The ball is a magnet. I can't imagine airlines finding a non-removable adhesive panel on a window. False advertising!
