Disappointing: Power & Hand Tools

I like this case. i hate this bag I'm sending it back because the Cliptech sleeve (belt clip) isn't strong enough to hold my gear. The hub will probably fit 5 to 10 pounds of tools, but stuffing that big bag with everything it can hold will ruin it. Figures 1 and 2 show what happened to the first stroke. I thought it might be a defect in that particular hub so I pulled the hub out of my special drill bag from the same company and in figure 9 you can see the crack developing in this hub as well. In Figure 12 I would like to point out that the packet separators are not attached at the bottom. This makes it easy for the tools to sag and fall to the bottom, requiring you to pull out the tools and fish out what you need. The partition at the front is also only attached at the top, so that the tools can move even more from one side to the other. The last picture shows what happens when you put your needle nose pliers in one of the front pockets. As you walk, they slowly crawl out of your pocket. So far they've never fallen out but require you to put your fingers in your pocket to pull them out. I ended up putting my hexagons in and using the inside pocket for the pliers. Of the 25 pockets, only 3 (laptop pocket, a pocket right next to the laptop pocket, and a closed pocket hanging from the bag) have closed and split bottoms. their website and waited 72 hours with no response. Then I called her a total of 5 times and left a message. A day after I left the message I received a call saying they would email me where I could send them a photo of the broken jack and then they would send me a replacement send. I haven't received an email. I called again and was able to speak to someone, he gave me his personal email address so I could send photo proof of the broken jack. I haven't received the hub yet. With that I have 2 bags and no unbreakable hubs to use. Despite everything, I really like this bag as the detachable system makes carrying my tools much more convenient throughout the day. If the bushings were made strong enough, I could easily see their other shortcomings. 2 hubs in 20 days means I want my money back.

Pros
  • HEAVY DUTY - Carries and protects everything you need. With a tough six-layer construction and reinforced rivets, this rugged bag can withstand the toughest working conditions.
Cons
  • Hard to say
