I ordered a 3 piece BIRCH. They replaced the white set I used for a couple of years before they stopped working. Wow they are so much better than my old set! The flame looks very realistic. I like that they can be turned off manually and also use the remote (be careful when unpacking, the flimsy remote is hidden in the foam opposite the candles - at first I thought it wasn't there!) They use two AAs each, not included. No ISO with the weak battery case some are reporting (must be a cheaper ivory set, very different from birch). From the video you will hear yes they click a little. But still perfect no fire candles for a family with kids or pets, so warm and romantic! I'm buying a second set!
