Poor quality tools appear to be used or poorly finished
I have just received my Hana Emi Gua Sha tool set and it immediately looks used or poorly made. Every tool has scuffs, scratches and chips. The sticker is printed on stone in different shades and qualities. Overall these tools don't look as new as they should, whether it's due to poor workmanship or a company that sells used tools I can't tell.
